Healthy backs

This project tries to give a solid step in the direction to use the school (and the physical education (PE) subject) as a tool to ensure preventive learning about back injuries caused by bad daily habits and a lack of practical knowledge about our body in general and our back specifically. The idea is to identify the main risks that exist in the secondary schools daily life, related with present or potential back problems; and to introduce the Pilates method as a practical content that could powerfully enrich the Secondary PE curriculum
