KRHKI FLANCATI (Slovenia)

 Ingredients:
500 g flour
80 g butter
60 g caster sugar
7-8 tablespoons sour cream
5 tsp rum
4 eggs
4 tsp white wine
a pinch of salt
1 l oil for frying

Instructions:
• Knead the ingredients into smooth dough.
• Seperate the dough into two parts and roll twice.
• Rest the dough for half an hour.
• Roll the rested dough very thin and cut out square shapes.
• Make two cuts in the middle of square.
• Make sure the edge remains uncut.
• Fry the squares in hot oil.
• Dust with caster sugar. ( before serving )
