GORENJSKA NEDELJSKA PRATA (a type of meat loaf) (Slovenia)

1 kg smoked neck meat
0.5 kg white bread
6 eggs
green parsley
baking net

• Preheat oven to 200° C.
• Cook the meat half way and leave to cool.
• Cut the bread into small cubes, if necessary, wet it with the soup in which the meat was cooked.
• Cut the meat into cubes.
• Put all the ingredients into a bowl.
• Whisk the eggs and pour them over the bread and meat.
• Add some chopped parsley and mix all together.
• Roll the mixture, wrap it into the net and bake till the meat turns light brown, approximately 45-60 minutes.
• Serve warm or cool.
