BUCKWHEAT PORRIDGE WITH COTTAGE CHEESE AND APPLES (Slovenia

 Ingredients:
150 grams buckwheat porridge
0.5 l milk
2 tablespoons sour cream
60 g cottage cheese
1 egg
2 tsp brown sugar
nutmeg
a hanful ground walnuts
a handful soaked raisins
a big apple


Instructions:
• Preheat oven to 180° C.
• Select buckwheat, wash and put into boiled milk.
• Boil for 10 minutes until the buckwheat porridge is cooked.
• Leave to cool.
• Add the remaining ingredients and mix.
• Lay the mixture on greased baking tin.
• Bake for 60 minutes.
• Serve warm or cool.
• Instead of apples also pears, peaches or appricots can be used.
