Exchange 2013 - Samuel Cosano

Last week, in my school, a group of students from Leeds came here, to Córdoba, on the occasion of an Exchange.

English students arrived in Córdoba last Thursday and they went back to Leeds yesterday.

This week we have visited a lot of places, for example the Alhambra and Sevilla.

I participated also with my partner in a challenge race around Córdoba, we went to the Mosque, the Kewish Quarter...

The last day, we did a darewell party at our school. It was amazing!

This week, I've had perfect! The exchange was very nice and very exiting for me!

Redaction of exchange

Last week a group of English students went to Córdoba for the exchange. My exchange partner is called Tom. When they arrived, we went to High School to made an '' Ice Breaker ''. Next day we went to Sevilla and we visited a lot of monuments. At the weekend we went out with the other exchange partners.

Next day we went to Granada and the Alhambra was espectacular. The other days were also very good. My favourite day was the day of the challenge race. I have felt very happy every day. But when they left Córdoba I was sad. My life is happier than when the English students hadn't arrived yet.

Redaction of Exchange

It was the first time that I participated in an exchange and I was very nervous.

The English partners arrived in Cordoba on Thursday afternoon. It was raining cats and dogs.

My English partner is John. He is 15 years old. He has brown hair and brown eyes.

We did a lot of activities.

On Friday we visited Granada. On Monday we visited Sevilla and on Tuesday we went to the Mosque. We also visited 'The Alcazaba'.

In the afternoon we went to the parks with the English partners to be together.

They went back to Leeds on Sunday morning.

Until we meet again in June.

Brigshaw visit us again!

Last 20th October 2012 our Brigshaw friends visited us in Córdoba. It was a new group of students who were in a visit to La Costa del Sol. They planned to come to Córdoba on a Saturday so students and teachers could meet.

A group of Blas Infante students, who had already taken part in previous exchanges with Brigshaw, attended the call of their British friends. They were so happy to meet again!

After a walk from El Arenal parking site to the Jewish quarter, we took them to a visit of the Alcázar of the Christian Kings. Then we went for lunch and did some sightseeing around  the Mosque.

Mr Vila and Ms Oxley enjoyed a typical tapas lunch in "San Basilio Tavern" together with Ms Cabello and Ms Gañán. We had the chance to talk about the students who are taking part in the exchange 2013 but still have to shape the final pairings.

Pairing meeting in Córdoba. 22nd October 2011.

Students from the two schools met and then went to the Mosque. In the Oranges Courtyard.
