Busy week with Goldilocks The week with Goldilocks was very busy. At the beginning Goldilocks told us about her visit in the Bears’ House. The children learnt that it is not nice to go into somebody’s house without invitation. Children from nursery class were very happy to help Goldilocks with telling the story. They took the bears for a walk. Children were learning new songs about Goldilocks using Makaton signs. (We use Makaton signs and symbols to help our children to communicate. It can be used to support children with English as an additional language and with speech and language difficulties). In small groups children were playing Goldilocks game on the Smart Board. They were sequencing the story. Some of them were able to retell the whole story looking at the pictures. During the week children were playing with the laundry. They were sorting and arranging the socks according to the size. They enjoyed the activity very much. They were very patient waiting for the ironing board.Both boys and girls used the puppets from the story in their free play every day. Our art area was very busy. Children were recreating the characters of the story using different materials. They brought Goldilocks and the bears and sat them at the creative table to look at them. Oat biscuits were baked using oat porridge (Goldilock and Bears’ favourite), golden syrup, flour, butter and raisins. Very healthy and very delicious All our work we put together on the board to share with parents. …………………………………………………………..Caly tydzien ze Zlotowlosa bylismy bardzo zajeci. Na poczatku on sama opowiedziala nam o swojej wizycie w domku misiow. Dzieci nauczyly sie, ze nie powinno sie chodzic do cudzych domow bez zaproszenia. Przedszkolaki bardzo chetnie pomagaly Zlotowlosej opowiadac bajke. Wziely nawet misie na spacer. Uczylismy sie nowych piosenek o Zlotowlosej uzywajac gestow Makaton (Makaton jest podobny do jezyka migowego. Uzywamy gestow i symboli w polaczeniu ze slowami. Pomagamy w ten sposob dzieciom, ktore nie mowia po angielsku albo maja problemy logopedyczne).
W malych grupach dzieci graly w gry komputerowe na tablicy interaktywnej. Jednym z zadan bylo ulozenie obrazkow z bajki we wlasciwej kolejnosci. Niektore dzieci potrafily opowiedziec cala bajke patrzac na obrazki.
W ciagu tygodnia dzieci bawily sie z praniem. Ukladaly w pary rozne skarpetki, patrzyly na ich kolor i wielkosc. Dzieci wykazywaly wiele cierpliwosci oczekujac na swoja kolej przy desce do prasowania.
Chlopcy i dziewczynki codzienni uzywaly kukielek z bajki do zabawy.
Dzieci byly bardzo zapracowane w kaciku artystycznym. Uzywajac roznych materialow tworzyly bohaterow z bajki. Przyniosly nawet Zlotowlosa i misie i posadzily je przy stole, zeby mogly na nie patrzec w czasie pracy.
Pieklismy ciasteczka owsiane uzywajac platkow owsianych, zlotego syropu, maki, masla i rodzynek. Bardzo pyszne i zdrowe.
